Rate Schedules

A. Comprehensive
Covers anything that could happen to your hearing aid. If it is lost, damaged or the components fail, it will be replaced or repaired.

B. Loss & Damage
Covers replacing a lost hearing aid or repairing any visible external damage to the shell or faceplate.
(This warranty does NOT cover failure of internal electronic parts for any reason including immersion in water, exposure to water and other foreign substances.)

C.  Damage & Component Failure
Covers external damage and/or any failure of the component parts. An aid damaged beyond repair will not be replaced. Instead a prorated refund will be issued on the balance of the warranty.
